Trending @Accenture; CTC or fixed? what do you declare when switching?

Considering the variable amount is 20%+, what's the salary you declare when you look out for opportunities outside Accenture? Also, hikes recd. Are they on overall CTC or fixed?

You declare CTC - say 10L fixed + 20% variable ~ 12L . So always say your salary is 12L and not 10L while switching

I feel, VP doesn’t matter much. I always look for hike other company is offering me on fixed. I don’t have ESOPs and VP is always uncertain. Better to stick with fixed.
