Trending @Accenture; CTC correction in mid year review cycle?

I joined Accenture last year july and my juniors in college have got way better packages than and not only for my college but in college of my colleagues too. Should we expect any ctc correction or hike.

Also I have one more question if I have got appreciation mail from my client about my work and how I have created impacted and worked hard in the project so can I use it on mid year review one on one?

Let me be the first to comment and clarify in as much detail as possible, first and foremost there are no hikes from last two financial years. Promotion is possible only if you have done exceptional work like transforming client process to end to end automation. I had two client appreciation emails and 2+ years on a role at level, still they haven't promoted me.

Coming to the comparison you are doing, it makes sense every year the company hires at new and updated salaries for existing roles to match industry standards. Moreover it also depends on the negotiation+other existing offers.

Here's my final suggestion based on my 5 years 2 months experience with Accenture, Accenture is a great company, but like any company it will prioritize new hires salary rather than existing employees salaries. Hence, switch once you have 1-1.5 years even if it is a 30-40% hike, and after 6 months to 1 years switch back to Accenture, now they will hire you with 50-60% salary hike if you can convince them you already have good understanding of Accenture processes and would be a great asset as you were part of the family prior.

Do you think there is any hike in the mid year cycle ( either ctc correction or normal hike not talking about promotion I do have total experience of 3 years)
