Trending @Accenture; Critical Decision: Switch Or not

Hi Accenture professionals,

I have 4 years of experience. Accenture is my first company. I'm on level 10 right now and my salary is 9.1 LPA.

This is posted on 18th June, 2024. I'm thinking should I make a switch or not given the following:

We will get a bonus, increment by end of 2024. I will get Gratuity amount if i serve one more year (5 years complete)

Is it worth staying for increment (~15% of basic), bonus (~1.2 Lakh), Gratuity (80k)?

What would you suggest?

In your experience you can get 15-16 lpa easily. If you stay here for gratuity and increment then it's a big loss for you. Accenture will not give you a 40-50 % hike in the next 1 year for sure. Then why will you stay here? This company will be totally disbalanced in terms of experience hierarchy and employees salary. Because they will hire less experienced resources with a higher package after December. Attrition will be high and they will lose many projects due to lack of resources. Julie will die and Accenture will be destroyed, ruined 😁😂🤣.

😂Thank you.. I will give a couple of interviews so see where I stand in this market. If the salary is 15-16 LPA damnnn man. I will switch immediately. Would be great

You should start looking. Also, you will get gratuity after 4 years 8 months as well, you do not need to wait to complete 5 years.

If you have work life balance in your project just go with the flow with Accenture or if you’re looking for more package just switch

No work life balance at all. Onshore client team 1 at Seattle and another one in Ontario, Canada. We have to adjust for their timings. 🥹 But platform is quite good. Databricks access. Didn't have that with last client
