Promotion in Accenture? It's like waiting for monsoon in Rajasthan. Yearly, quarterly, it's all a mirage. Perform or perish. Kab samjhega? What's your next move?

What you’ve listed are timelines not criteria. Perform or not-perform doesn’t matter as the main criteria for Promotion are boot licking/bucketing/buttering of a boss or a skip level boss. I am not ranting as I’ve seen many high performers getting a high rating of TP (Talent Priority) year on year but still at the same career level from last 5-6years, where as the ones that are close to leadership get Promotions every 1.5-2years & also role changes whenever they want with no restrictions of HR policies.
