Trending @Accenture; Counter Offer for Deloitte

Hi Folks

I have offers from Deloitte USI and Wipro. Wipro’s offer is around 15% higher, but I prefer joining Deloitte. Does Deloitte typically consider counteroffers or salary negotiations in such cases?

You may try but prepare well before negotiating with Deloitte look for all possibilities of questions from hr...like you are doing a counter offer with us what is the surerity if get another one you will leave...are you looking for money or growth...etc
