Trending @Accenture; Could someone please explain the leave structure in Accenture for India (especially Hyderabad)?

I wanted to understand:

• How many total leaves are available in a year? • How are they divided (casual leave, sick leave, earned leave, etc.)? • How much prior notice is usually required before applying for leave?

12 sick leaves +casual leaves -no carry forward 12 earned leaves- carry forward
Earned leaves max 30 or 40 not sure, limit of carry forward
2 optional holidays
Tentative can be provided before , depends on project at least week if planned
