My current CTC is ₹24.13 lakh per annum, which includes a base salary of ₹19 lakh and a variable component of 27% of the base salary, amounting to ₹5.13 lakh. However, the actual payout of the variable depends on the company’s performance and individual ratings. ?

So is it fine to say to a new company recruitment process?

You will never get the exact amount, they decide the percentage on the behalf of the rating and many more parameters
