Guys, In India Tax Saving is only Under Income Tax Sections Like 80C etc.
Investing in company - How come it will come under Saving tax?
ESPP is not Tax saving plan. PERIOD.

Nope. It is deductible from your after tax income.

As far as my understanding It's not for tax saving even when you will sell your amount of shares then you have to pay tax on the profit. But I would say go for it as you will get 15% discounted shares from market value.
