Many people in Accenture haven't received their stay at level hikes, considering US economy slowdown and fear of recession again, will this impact our stay at level performance hikes this Sep/ December cycle, if not what is the expected hike, will be good or not?

I don't think there will be stay at level hikes in December and that's worse

ACN provides promotion and hikes in September for ASE to SE roles.
Whereas everyone in ATCi will get hikes/promotion during November month end i.e it will reflect from December 1st 2024.
