There shouldn't be any problem with that, whatever your concern is, someone from the higher management would listen to you, and will suggest/comment best they can do from their side.
Also, you are not the only one in recent weeks who has raised grievance. There are many who have raised it. So don't worry much, do tell them your concern, and try to get something positive from that meeting. All the Best!!

bro i talked to my senior manager she said she will do something in October. i have 5.6 YOE and fixed pay is 8.1 LPA
