Trending @Accenture; Confused whether to go ahead or not
I got an offer from one of the mid tier company.. While going through it, I came to know that there is no salary breakup mentioned in it. When I had a talk with HR she said due to company policy they do not include it in offer letter instead she can share it separately via email.. Confused.. whether it is fine to go ahead or not

Ask other colleagues from this org on how it works. If you feel genuine then go for it.
But I would still suggest having an brief breakup of salary!

If they send the salary breakup via email, it's fine. Just ensure it's official and clear. Trust your instincts; if unsure, ask more questions or reconsider.
