I am in a situation where I don't know what to do I joinedy current project in 2023 march and since then it was a new team and I had to learn everything from experience..nly 1 month overview kt and I was able to resolve issues and i became a key member.. later we got a manager who picks all the problems on our head and she asks us to work on it... tried raising concern also..at that time I was sse and all the work I had to do because i have a tl but that persons main dut was to assign task even when we are overloaded my manager wanted me to work on it ...and wen i raised concern her response was lik he is still learning and it may take time for him after 9 months of him joining she said this

And i fought for promotion and i would say for name sake with default vp and hike they gave me promotion and i am TL ... recently what i noticed is

My manager will assign me task like bug fixing finding rc and once i found it , I will tell her can i. Update this to anyone she is like no u tell me what you found

And then she takes my input and she post in the group.. stating we found the rca or i found it and she mails to everyone...even when i said i will do

So recently i bypassed her and she told me clearly u can't bypass me and again she is doing like this and i feel my work is invisible

And main thing a manager asked me is that

Do you have any reason that u bypassed rbu thinking I am stealing ur efforts...

If u think that it is like that

Just understand sometimes u may get the recognition for my effort and i may get for wat u do

Once we confront her, it will be hell with her

Even I can't ask for roll off
