Trending @Accenture; Confused for the offer
I have an offer from one mnc of 10 lpa fixed and my current salary in Accenture is 9.2 lpa fixed and 1.9 lpa variable(till now received 10% VP) (received total 9.95 lack) i.e total 11.1 lpa. Role is Azure Data Engineer. The new company accepted 90 days notice Period. So I am confused between Accenture and the new mnc company. Total Experience 4 years Experience in Accenture 1.5 years
Try for counter offer and resign from Accenture asap
ask 12.5LPA fixed not less than that.
Too low if you want to leave Accenture if you have any problem then go otherwise explore other options.
So what if you have 90 days speak for yourself. You already have a job if they want you they will anyhow take.
Is it a good choice to resign Accenture for 5k only? Or is it a better opportunity to explore outside? How is the hiring process in November and December? Will get interview calls?
