Trending @Accenture; Confused any suggestions?

Its been 2 years in here and this cycle they didn't gave any promotion nor did they gave any hike and bonus also was not so good . Also they are not giving work like good work.... I want to learn, do good work not some tp kinda work to just exist it feels like i have wasted my time. Also have lost interest in coding like used to have it just feels hollow now. Can anyone please motivate and guide me please?

I could say this is the scenario with number of accenture employees, they will just make a comfort zone for you and its not easy to move away from it. I would suggest just start giving 2 hours a day on particular thing to learn and just run away, this is not a place where we can learn and grow
