How will get to know about this sub level, like 11.2 or 11.2, what exactly it is and where to check ours? Anyone please?

In offer letter they mentioned career lever and sub level

I cant see that in my offer letter. When I joined Accenture 3 years back I was on level 11, now I am in level 10, is there any other way to check sub level

CL 10 Senior developer with 3.4 yrs experience getting 14 fixed and 2.9 as variable is it good ?

I think its good.normally they given 9.5 - 12 with 3 yoe based on 9 ctc.

Since you have mentioned 11.2 so I believe you will be working with Accenture Operations and considering ACN operations salary structure what they are offering is approx average what they pay to level 11.
Although I’ll strongly recommend to once check around for what people with the same skills and YOE are getting outside.
