Trending @Accenture; Concern about my PF account
As a fresher I joined another company and after 4 Months I got a joining date from my present company. I informed my last company that due to a family emergency I have to leave and then submitted all my gadgets and id and then came back home. Then I joined this company in the notice period itself as my previous company was not letting me go without that.So in my pf account the previous one is showing with the end date and that's why there is an overlap for 3 months. My onboarding poc told me not to share anything about my previous company. My concern is will Accenture take any kind of action against me if they get to know about my previous company and for PF as it is overlapping for 3 months....will it be impossible for me to join another company....I have a total of 2 years of experience now. Almost 1.6yrs at Accenture. Please guide me as I am really very worried about it.
check ok epfo account go to service history and see this unlink option shows on previous org or not
Ok thanks, can you please let me know if Accenture is going to take any action if they get to know about this? And background verification they are doing after every year for the employees?
if your in accenture so dont worry about that but yes in future that will cause the issue they will ask you details because that have the history on epfo
You will not see the delink option for the first company because UAN is created by the first company itself. Maybe in the future if we get an option to delink for 1st company. Hope for the Best.
Yeah, I am very worried about it. Will it be a huge drawback for my upcoming career like for switching?
