I am new to accenture. Can someone help me understand the concept of roll off.
Conditions & risk in roll off
What will happen during the time next project is assigned - Salary, job certainity, my rights etc.
Roll off is like a project reliever, You’re no longer is part of project. By the coming month or week, you would be sent to ITP( bench). All things remains the same during bench.
Is there any time limit for being at bench. I mean for how long one can be on bench and what the probability that Accenture relieve person on bench instead of assign on a project. I want to because in that situation career shall be at risk.
Try to get some project and also try internally. If u are bench on months then it will reduce ur billable and have effect at the time of performance review
I am struggling to get rolloff in Accenture my manager gas put some people already in pip and troubling them simply
