Trending @Accenture; Complaint against lead

How to raise a grievance complaint against lead.he has a personal grudge towards me and showed that in my feedback on workday.it is the worst feedback someone could get.i have all the record of my work from the last year .I need to escalate this to hr and higher authorities.please help

Yes but send a letter on mail including your manager, hr, people advisor mentioning reasons n what exactly is happening. Then reach out to the manager, schedule a call with the people above , and mention the reason in the description. Get it on mail as well what has been discussed.

Agreed.. + if all else fails, you can include the Ethics department, remember accenture has zero retaliation policy , meaning no one can come after you if you complain.

You can do whatever you want but in the end nothing will happen and the compliance team will share a generic closure note like we cannot disclose what actions have been taken. Rest assured do let us know if you face any retaliation.
(HR + Upper Management + your lead ) All are single unit vs you.

I have also done the same even escalated to julie sweet with necessary proofs and all.

Nothing happened. So just relax, focus on your work if required just switch.

If u escalated issues and nothing happened why haven't u switched yet then? We cannot normalise this and tell people to put up with shitty behaviour.thats why it's still happening

Direct talk to the manager and he, have a call then include the lead also in that call

Nothing can be done expect reach out to leadership, sstart with HR partner then manager, generally people who are in L5 are good and don't tolerate such behaviour go and talk to them

There is an ethics help line and email...you can log compliant there...anonymously somewhat better then direct email but you need to provide all the proof...their will be 3rd party external company will also be there
