Today I dropped an email to my leadership directly as I'm reporting to him, seeking a compensation review based on my role and years of experience (3.6 years)
I got default promoted to analyst in September 2024.
Last year I didn't got any Hike and I'm a critical resource in my project.
He called me on my teams immediately when I dropped this email and said what is your MAL I said 1.6 years as an analyst he said it is less and said your Hike cycle is moved to December so don't worry I'll take care of you.
Last year he said it is moved to May month and he is saying it is moved to December month.
If any Hr or senior manager is here please let me know. What is MAL required to become senior analyst? What is Hike cycle and promotion cycle?

Hike cycle is June, not december. These people keeps on changing based on their preferences
