CTC - 10 lpa Fixed - 8.6 lpa Variable - 1.4 lpa

Experience - 3 years Designation - SSE Domain - Java, Spring Boot, AWS. If I am underpaid, how much should I be, Please reply I don't know my worth and don't find glass door helpful.

Use the rewards portal. If you got any hike, it should reflect there now. Or you can wait till month-end and check in the AllSec Portal.

It's a good pay though, when I joined I had 2.3 exp. And my fixed was 9.5lpa and 2 VP. So if you are joining now with this CTC try to negotiate.
