Trending @Accenture; Company Switch in probation period

My probation period with accenture will end in one month. And right now I got a very toxic project here. Now this situation made mind to think of switching from this company. Is it good idea to switch as I am also not having good CTC from this company. And can I expect calls from other companies with one month of notice. Please give some suggestions.
