My LWD is 29th May. Any chance they will give the variable?

Eagerly waiting to at least be informed regarding the VP. Not having any hope on the hike or promotion as manager once told that it is not happening in mid year.

There is no chance of getting promotion or hike in mid year. However there will be VP for sure but I heard a gossip that it will be 60/70% of what we used to get previously.

VP we will get in May salary and for hike or promotion 2nd or 3rd week of may we will get to know

They will start sharing outcomes only after 2nd week of May
