Trending @Accenture; Cofounding a startup while working in Accenture
Hey folks, I was just curious if we’d be sued if some of us cofounder a not for profit startup, (not an NGO). We’ve been working on a platform that can help rural folks using tech. Would appreciate your thoughts.
You may not have any secondary income and also you may not be advisor , consultant or freelancing with any other company.
You may not do any Accenture competitive work.
If you are co founder of Laxmi Chit fund that that is fine 😊. ( 25 din me paisa double )
You are not supposed to do same kind of business that Accenture does. That’s it, apart from it you can do any other project or business parallel it doesn’t impact your job.
Yea if i am not wrong you cant have a startup with accenture as per their policy (some number) search for something similar in dipa bot. I got to know about this when I joined during induction 2 yrs back. I think it has something to do with conflict of interest or something.
