Hi, there is a client escalation caused due to my SDL in client meeting and they are putting me in PIP. I didnt even completed 1 yrs in this company. For what im in the pip? I never caused any problem in the project
The reason can't be this only. Maybe multiple escalations?
Thete were instances from previous resources who left the company but never received any escalation, they are blaming whole team including me who is working from past 3-4 months in this account. Client already changed 2-3 managers already before I joined and now current manager is also on a verge of getting replaced.
What happens when the pip ends? If I resign in pip what will be my notice period?

Also, why is there escalations? Try to sit with offshore leads and figure out whether those escalations were indeed your fault/jurisdiction
