Effective the date given, all employees have to work from base location irrespective of mode of work, even if it's complete WFH, reason given - enable with right IT support, leave benefits as per location, plan safety measures in case.
People on LOA or Maternity/Paternity leave may have to come back once leave ends.
In base location, distance from office should be reasonable commute distance considering it's covered by road/public transport.
