Hi Everyone, I am an ASE. Could someone please clarify what happens if I don’t follow the assigned roster for office visits? I’ve been allocated Monday as my office day, but I would prefer to visit on Friday instead. Currently, I’m not assigned to any project in the project, and there are no employees from my client at my location. Is it mandatory to follow the roster strictly? Will there be any consequences if I choose to visit the office on a different day?

Any day you can visit even in project also. If team works from a same loc then only follow roster. Even then also you can say some excuse!

If you're not on any project then you must attend to your base location City in any facility on any day
