I would like to clarify a few points regarding leave policy during the notice period: 1. Leave Restriction: My current project is not allowing me to take any leaves (casual or sick) during the notice period. I would like to confirm if taking any leaves (especially sick leave with proper medical proof) will result in an extension of the notice period. 2. Leave Lapsing: If I do not utilize my eligible leaves before the end of my notice period, will those leaves lapse, or will they be encashed? 3. Policy Guidance: Could you please guide me on how to handle situations where leave is genuinely required (e.g., for health reasons), but the project does not approve it?
