Trending @Accenture; Clarification on Fast Track Promotion Eligibility

Hi folks, Joined Accenture in Oct 2024. Worked with a few leads earlier and received good feedback, completed certifications + Techleap School 1, and onboarded to a very first billable project in July. My manager is supportive, willing to help, though also fairly new here.

Am I eligible for the December fast track promotion cycle in this case?

True 🙂 but from what I understand, these are the key criteria for fast track promotion. Most freshers would be in a similar boat, right?

There are freshers who have not received anything in 2 years even, so it all boils down to your pl, which tech stack it is, how much budget is given to your du, etc
