Trending @Accenture; Clarification on Bonus and Appraisal

I hope you are doing well.
I joined Accenture on 30th December 2024 and was assigned to a project in April 2025. I wanted to check when the bonus and appraisal cycle typically takes place. It would be helpful to understand in which month the revised salary gets reflected and also get an idea about the usual percentage range for bonus and appraisal.
Looking forward to your guidance on this.
Variable pay you will get in the salary that will be credited in month of June but VP will start reflecting on rewards portal by last week of May every year and appraisal months are June(chances of getting hike and promotions are more here) and December(less chances of appraisal and promotions but promotions and appraisal do happen).Hike on average is around 5%.
