Trending @Accenture; Cl11 to CL10 promotion
The person joined with me has got promoted in dec23 from CL11 to CL10 but I didn't got it after working on multiple projects and changing team not sure what is wrong.....
You are working on multiple projects that’s the reason manager is not sure if you are going to perform well or not they would give promotion to that employee who was there in project more than you
Every project which I have worked on has been deployed and completed on time....and they have asked to give me technical sessions on it on top of that when all projects were completed they have assigned me on documentation...than I changed team......
Instead of waiting for promotion look for switch you would get good hike in salary
Don't change projects often, stay for atleast 2 appraisal cycles. Mgmt should be happy with ur loyalty , more than talent
I too joined Accenture at CL - 11 on Sept 2021. I wasted my 1 yr in bank project with no growth.
On Feb 2022, I got into a good project as a replacement of CL-9 person. And till now keeping up the good work.
But I didn't receive any promotions till now. 5 of my friends who joined in my time got promoted.
I am not sure whether to wait for this May cycle. Since my manager is asking to automate something somehow, as Automation is the topic of the promotion. Any suggestions?
