As of now no need to add any documents in acc portal.

If any tax amount is getting debited from salary try to add hra or 80c if any

If no tax is getting debited from salary….then try to file yr end tax returns if the profit is huge in share you may need to pay tax if it is average it will filled as nill tax returns….purely based on your ca or else self
