Trending @Accenture; CL 10 Senior devops engineer with 6+years exp

I have around 6+years exp in devops, joined Accenture in 2021 with 10l Fixed and now after almost 3.5 years my fixed pay is 12.5 and MAL is 36+ .

Am I underpaid and can i expect hike/promotion this year?
