Return to Office is one thing that all companies did. This location prohibition that is being done is such an amazing stance I tell you. I'm amazed at the level of thoughtfulness that has gone into this genius move.

How will they do so much monitoring by enabling and disabling access after every day use ?? Its impossible . Accenture has app 3 lakh employees across indian offices

IDs are not controlled by projects. It’s by the central team. And there is no automation or AI where ID cards can be disabled. And this is not a school or college.

practically not possible to disable cards, projects just want teams to work together and make us habitual of WFO, thats why they are assigning specific location and days to report office.

I'm also in CIO project but nothing such mentioned to us. It is just that if manager wants you all to be in office on some specific day to increase productivity then they can book seat for you and you have to visit on that day mandatorily. Also if manager wants they can ask you to relocate base location of project. It totally depends on your Manager.

Maybe. I heard something like that but with the facility only not with the days.

What if I take leave on that fixed days ?
