Trending @Accenture; Change people lead

Hi guys, please suggest me how i can change people lead. My people lead doesn't have the guts to talk with me about rewards statement, also doesn't reply to any other queries, then it feels frustrated. It seems like my people lead is the most busiest person. I have never seen such kind of behaviour by any person in my career.

You can clearly ask him to release your rewards statement. Or in worst case if he doesn't release it, it will be automatically released on 1st December and Variable pay amount you will get in November salary itself i.e. on 29th November. Also, if you change people lead now, new lead will not be able to see or release your statement. And if you want to change it, contact people lead enabler, he/she will be able to change it and you dont have to ask your current lead to change it. You will get to know your people lead enabler in workday under Contact > Support Roles.

Before dropping a mail to the PMO team, get approval from a Senior person, go for skip level, ie Supervisor's Supervisor and get approval. Keep your current Supervisor in CC when sending out an email

I feel for you brother, same thing happened in my previous company. And most importantly there was bad blood between my lead and my manager due to which even i work worked to the fullest,i used to get poor ratings. Hence due to poor salary and communication i had to switch company.
