We have 3 days wfo
My manager and leads want me to come bdc7... I want to go to another bdc 14 which is 15 kms apart in same city coz it's near
My actual base location is bdc7
Apart from convincing them is there any policies or something to let me go to bdc14
( I did go couple of times and got green ticks no one noticed )
As per policy base location is the city only which is in your workday, not building send them https://in.accenture.com/india/?site=1&blog=548&p=92796
If no one is objecting, you can continue going to any location, as long as it is within your base location city
You can ask your pmo team to change your location from bdc 7 to bdc 14. You have to take approvals from your managers and then your new location will be bdc 14.
It's all up to your People Lead. If he doesn't agree just make some health issues that you can't travel that far.
