Trending @Accenture; Change of base location possible in probation period ?

Due to some urgency i wanted to ask my manager regarding my change of base location to pune . Few of my teams members working from pune is it ok if ask now or should I wait until my probation period ends ?

Ask for oit. It can happen anytime. I did change my location by oit only as for eit we need 2 years.

Work from Pune, if your project doesn't mandates you to be at your base location. Talk to du lead or PM there are ways this can be done. Don't be shy or scared, be confident and speak up, it's fine.

You need to explain your urgency to manager and if he feels.its genuine, then he can do it there are ways
