Hi team , as I joined senior analyst level 10 in Accenture but my previous organisation I was given as team lead position but how to change my level 9 same package is fine for me just need to change the level or role,

Is it possible I joined 1 month ago.

I don't think it's possible to change now.
Maybe you can ask them to promote you in the next cycle.

Also if you are ok with the same package why bother about designation?
