My MAL is 27 months at L11 with good performance. What are the chances of promotion in may cycle?
Chances are good if your conversation has went well with your Supervisor who is representing you in the Promotion Cycle. More focus for the coming cycle is given to AM and above as they were left with 0 upgrade in December cycle. So, I recommend to please have a conversation with your supervisor this week or next and establish your work, especially the last 6 months. All the best!
I got P4 in both primary and secondary skill, is there any chance of getting promotion or hike?? If hike what percentage I would get it???
Percentage is mostly decided by Central team. If you are L11 and best in your level, not just the proficiency but the business value and day-to-day activities.. Seeing your MAL they might prefer to give promotion this cycle but as always have a conversation with your supervisor to express your needs. Distinct Achiever usually at L11 gets 18-25% provided your MAL, Market Price for skill and budget aligns perfectly. All the best!
I don't think they have any fixed range it totally depends on HRs and budget, in dec cycle I was marked as talent priority but still received 4.5% hike and 10% variable
I resigned... I don't have any expectations from Accenture and even if they promote me.. I'm too underpaid.. Getting 7lpa having 3.7 yrs of exp🥲..
I'm planning to resign soon too.. in similar boat, was promised promotion but it doesn't seem worth it anymore. Do you know what all benefits (🙄 if there are any) are we gonna miss out on if we be in notice period during June appraisal cycle? and what all should be consumed like any leaves that would go waste if we don't utilise before resigning? 🤔

My MAL is 42 months at L11 with good performance and good dependency. But I never communicated that Im expecting promotion and they never gave it. So, dont forget to communicate that you're expecting promotion with specific hike. Otherwise you might get ignored
Keep your achievements handy, do good on other activities as well. Get p3+ etc... You can get it. Have good chances coming appraisal
