Trending @Accenture; Chances of getting PIP again if one got earlier

What if got PIP in Dec 24 and cleared it now there are chances of getting PIP again in June 25? As I got released from the project in April 25 and now on project pool currently. They are not making profile available for other projects. I trying to switch but not getting calls due to 3 months np any suggestions how to come out of this situation?

Until u r not in accenture bench u r safe but once u r in accenture bench then you have 2months to secure a project or get tagged to a DU otherwise you will face pip again
