Trending @Accenture; Certification Reimbursement

What's the criteria for Certification reimbursement? Once the amount is reimbursed, is there any policy that we shouldn't leave Accenture for a certain period of time?

FYI, it's not any cloud certification. It's CEH provided by EC-Council for which the certification costs around 45K INR.
