Trending @Accenture; Career Transistion from Business process analyst to Salesforce BA?

Hey guys,

"I began my career in 2017 as an Inside Sales Business Development Executive, where I worked for over 5.5 years. After that, I spent 1.5 years as a BPM Consultant at Accenture, joining the company through an acquisition. Following the acquisition, I was on the bench for two months before transitioning to a Business Process Management Consultant role. However, I find the work in this team unfulfilling and am now looking to pivot my career to become a Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce. While I don't have hands-on expertise with Salesforce, I have a solid high-level understanding of the role of a Business Analyst and the Salesforce platform."

If any one could guide me it would be really helpful.
