Trending @Accenture; Career switch

Hi folks, I need a help from you all. I am working with Accenture since last 4.5 years . I am working with client project(name cannot be disclosed). There is nothing technical in this project but my profile is Web developer Senior Analyst. How can I suggest this title if I switch to other company ? And how should I prepare to switch, which technology into should I switch ? Please help as I also feel that I am underpaid according to my experience and level 😞
