Trending @Accenture; Career Path from ASE

Can anyone tell me how the career moves in Accenture if someone is starting from being ASE with a background of bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering.

And also how the promotion and salary increment happens and how frequent these things happen...like on yearly basis etc.

And does it really worth to stay for a long period of time in Accenture. Really need advice on these things.
