Pls do not scold , mock or judge me.

I was into ECM mainly working as OpenText consultant . Life happened, went into lop post maternity break for 2 years. Then when I joined , moved to Scrum Master role. I do not want to continue in this role as I feel this does not add much value to projects. I have 10 yrs experience. What can I study to move from this role? I do not have coding knowledge.
