I am right now working as a senior salesforce developer and ctc of around 17 lpa(4.5yr exp), getting offer from a manufacturing company based from germany for india office for the role of Business Analyst in salesforce. Getting confused where should i head to regarding the career growth for future. Should i keep remain in development or switch to role. Any guidance will be appreciated
