I was all set to quit my job of 4.3 years at the end of this month.

Out of nowhere, they just promoted me to Level 10. Now I'm confused, because the new pay is still too low for this level.

Any suggestions on what I should do? 🤔

This is what companies do. They will pay just enough so that the attrition rate is low. Look elsewhere. The new salary slips will fetch you a higher salary
