Hi.. I am from non IT background with experience of 17 years and joined Accenture in November 2023. Now iam concerned that the project I am working will be shelled off. So I want to know what domain should I get trained for and what will be the future of that inside and outside Accenture.. currently I am in medical domain... Thanks

Accenture's lack of project stability is a well-known issue. I'd suggest you to pivot towards data science or AI. These domains are booming and Accenture's lackluster approach in these areas is creating a vacuum, which you can fill. Upskill yourself, don't rely on Accenture. The future is in your hands.
