Trending @Accenture; Career advice needed- feeling Burn Out
Hey folks, I need a bit of advice. I'm at career level 11 with around 1.5 years of experience. My current project is super stressful, and it's starting to burn me out. I'm seriously considering switching to another company — but not sure if it's the right time. What do you all think? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Would love to hear your thoughts!
Hi, speaking from my experience, burn out can happen due to many factors. As you mentioned, your current project is super stressful, so if you mean it is related to technical stuff/technical complexity then you need to stretch little bit to improve yourself and latter this will be sorted.
But if it is due to workload, then be vocal, highlight this to leads/managers and try to get it resolved.
The reason I am asking you to do is, what if in the next company you get stuck in above situation, you cannot keep running this.. what I suggest try to deal with it if possible.
Genuinely you should consider of switching when you need more money or better career growth opportunities
Yes the stress is because of technical stuff. In my case I am the only person in the team who handles the frontend. I am new to this project and I am helpless. I got stuck in one issue for one week. No one is helping me. Atleast I need one senior person to guide me right. This is the reason for my stress
