How's the car lease policy of Accenture? Are there any benefits of this policy to us?? Is this related to new cars or old ones? Do we get reimbursement for fuel or maintenance??
It is for new car only, if you already have a plan to buy a CAR, you can opt for this policy as it will govern you various benefits in tax and maintenance in company to Car Loan. Don’t buy a car just for the sake of policy.

Its a really good policy to buy but i still have one doubt. If we taje the policy, they basically reduce our ctc with respect of amt to be paid for lease. So in this case our payslip also show reduced take home?? If so then when we negotiate with other companies for a jump how will you show ur actual Ctc
Any idea is it just for new cars?? Or if we already have a car, it will be usable for that also in maintenance or fuel filling etc ??
