Hey DU lead, what's the scope of ase promotion in March offcycle? MAL 15, got 10% hike and 9.25% VP, top performer among all ASE

Ideally 2 years is max, we push for ase promotion in that time period for sure. But it all depends on how many ase are there, where you stand in comparison with them, what is the budget/allocation for promotion etc.

But if you're top performer I'll suggest do a certificate or something which makes you stand out from the crowd.
